Udalov Labs is run by Alex Udalov, an independent professional based in Spain.

The content on this site is provided for general information. Product descriptions and prices shown here are starting points and not binding offers. A binding quote is only issued in writing after we have discussed your project.

Every project starts with a written scope, timeline, and fixed or capped price. Changes to the scope are agreed in writing before the work changes.

Typical payment terms are a deposit before work begins and the balance in agreed milestones or on delivery. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless agreed otherwise.

On full payment, you own the deliverables created for you, including source code and designs. Third-party and open-source components stay under their own licences. We may reuse general know-how and non-confidential tooling that is not specific to your product.

We treat your non-public business and technical information as confidential and are happy to sign a mutual NDA before we start.

We deliver work with professional care and fix defects reported within the support period in the agreement. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are handled by the competent courts in Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
